Granlahan Cemetery: Granlahan Cemetery mass takes place Monday 20th July 8pm. A collection will be taken up during this mass to help with expenses in maintaining the cemetery.

Garland Friday – 24th July (local Pilgrimage) Mass on the summit at 10am. Mass in Croagh Patrick car park at 7.30pm.

Reek Sunday – 26th July Confessions on the summit from 7.30am – 2pm. Mass on the summit every half hour from 8am – 2pm. Le gach dea ghui.

Pioneer Association and Matt Talbot pilgrimage to Knock Shrine on Sunday 19th July all pioneers are invited to attend this special day.

Calling all Grandparents! The Catholic Grandparents Association invites you and your family to come to Mass in Tuam Cathedral on Wednesday July 22nd at 10.30am to celebrate and honour St Joachim and St Anne, Grandparents of Jesus. Archbishop Michael Neary will offer this Mass for all the Grandparents of the diocese both living and dead. Light refreshments will be served after Mass. Everyone welcome.

Pray for the repose of the soul of Tommie Flynn of Philadelphia, brother of Mary Frayne Station Road, pray also for the repose of the soul of Brigid Knight Rathlena who died recently.

Toghar Phadraig Walk Reek Sunday 26th July 2015 departing Ballintubber Abbey at 8.30pm back up car will accompany the walkers along the route and they will be bussed from Murrisk to Ballintubber on completion of walk.

Lough Derg 2015: Last day of the three day pilgrimage is Thursday 13th Aug. Pilgrims can begin their pilgrimage any day up until then. No need to book. Information available at www.loughderg.org phone 0719861518.

Granlahan Sports Committee are holding a sports meeting on Tuesday 22nd July at 9.30pm to arrange the sports day for Sunday 16th August. New members welcome.

Ballinlough Youth Café will present the candidates of the “Baron/Baroness of Ballinlough” competition in O’Connor’s lounge on Friday 24th July at 9.30pm. Everyone is invited to come along to join in the fun and support the candidates.
