Confirmation: Archbishop Michael Neary will visit our parish on Wednesday 25th March to confirm our children. We welcome him to the parish. The ceremony takes place in St Patrick’s Church, Granlahan at 12 noon. Rehearsal in Granlahan Church on Monday 23rd March at 8pm.

Summertime begins next week and the clocks go forward one hour.

New Mass Time Schedule will come into force on and from Saturday 4th April and that schedule will continue for the next four months.

Ballyhaunis Community School Class Reunion for the leaving cert class of 1985 will be held on Sunday 31st May ‘bank holiday weekend’. More details to follow.

Easter Confessions: We will have the usual Easter confessions after all masses on Palm Sunday weekend.

Friday Nite Club would like to congratulate all members on fabulous parade participation on St Patrick’s Day in Cloonfad parade and would like to thank everyone who attended the fabulous night of music and craic on Friday evening last.

IHCPT churchgate collection 21st/22nd March. Please support.

Easter Collection for the support of the priest of the parish will be taken up at all masses Holy Saturday night and Easter Sunday morning.

CHY4 Forms will be distributed to parishioners before Easter. This is an easy way of collecting money – tax relief for donations to the church. Fill in these forms as soon as possible and return them to the church.

Cake Sale in Time Out Café, Ballinlough on Saturday 28th March 2015 after 8pm mass. Proceeds for Day Care Centre in Ballinlough which is a life line to elderly people, especially those living alone, who get together weekly to have the chat and enjoy a cup of tea with friends. This service needs your help to continue and your support would be greatly appreciated.

‘Our Song is Alleluia’ an opportunity to explore and reflect on the story of Easter and Holy Week will take place in Tuam Parish Centre on Sun 22nd Mar and in Hotel Westport on Sun 29th March between 2.30pm to 5pm. Further information contact 0866038483.
