Roscommon Leader Partnership SICAP Programme (Social Inclusion Community Activation Programme) will provide an outreach service in Frenchpark Cornerstone Youth Project/Resource Centre on Tuesday mornings from 10:30-12:30. SICAP programme supports disadvantaged individuals to improve the quality of their lives through the provision of lifelong learning and labour markets supports.
