Granlahan Cemetery: Granlahan Cemetery mass takes place Monday 20th July 8pm A collection will be taken up during this mass to help with expenses in maintaining the cemetery

Garland Friday – 24th July (local Pilgrimage) Mass on the summit at 10am. Mass in Croagh Patrick car park at 7.30pm

Reek Sunday – 26th July Confessions on the summit from 7.30am – 2pm. Mass on the summit every half hour from 8am – 2pm. Le gach dea ghui

Family Focus Week at Knock Shrine – From Monday July 13th to Saturday July 18th there will be a special week focusing on family at Knock Shrine with four events each day. Morning and evening talks at 12noon and 8.30pm will address family matters, e.g. dealing with addiction, bereavement, celebrating faith, supporting carers, etc. Two family prayer times will take place at 3pm and 7 pm. Monster Monthly Bingo in Dunmore Community Centre continues this Sunday 12th July at 4pm. Jackpot of €500 and a total prize fund €1,150. Dunmore Community Centre will provide complementary tea, coffee & biscuits at the interval kindly sponsored by Dunmore Community Council, so why not come along and support our community centre, all proceeds from the bingo go towards the upkeep and maintenance of Dunmore Community Centre, see you there.

Calling all Grandparents! The Catholic Grandparents Association invites you and your family to come to Mass in Tuam Cathedral on Wednesday July 22nd at 10.30am to celebrate and honour St Joachim and St Anne, Grandparents of Jesus. Archbishop Michael Neary will offer this Mass for all the Grandparents of the diocese both living and dead. Light refreshments will be served after Mass. Everyone welcome.

Ballinlough Youth Café fund raising initiative: To ensure continued financing to meet ongoing costs of operating the Ballinlough Youth Café, the management committee intends to run a “Baron/Baroness of Ballinlough” competition, with volunteer candidates asked to sell €2 raffle lines – the person who raises the most money earns the title. At this stage we are asking anyone interested in volunteering to run as a candidate to contact us before Friday 17 July, for further

details. We intend to launch the competition and declared candidates on Friday 24 July 2015, with the winning candidate to be revealed on October bank holiday
