Heritage Day Trip As part of the 1916 celebrations, an exciting day-trip to Dublin is been organized for Saturday 27^th Aug 2016 from Ballyhaunis. The trip itinerary will include visits to sites and places celebrating 1916 inclusive of entertainment and suit all interests. Celebration event – Sean a‘Saggart Cycle 26^th July at 11am a Leisure Cycle ( 3 to 4 hours bring a packed lunch) will take place following the historic route, traces the steps through Derreenafderg to the final destination of the priest and the priest hunter in Partry. Helmets must be worn and children accompanied by an adult. Free and register in the Abbey at 11am.
